I've contacted Wowzr three separate times via their website support page and email regarding a defective product and have been ignored every time. As seems to be the case with almost EVERY negative review, this company seems to be making an active effort to avoid taking responsibility for their defective products, and even if you've held one of their functional boomboxes in your hand you know this thing was manufactured to fail. I refuse to let something this insignificant drag on for a THIRD MONTH. Respond to me within ONE week and have it resolved in THREE or I take all proof of my attempts at polite dialogue to the ombudsman.
